Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Lumea Collective. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method.
